Todrick Hall presents Twerk Du Soleil Tour!

YUP! You read the title correctly, it does say “Twerk Du Soleil” but, don’t judge from the name, this tour show was fantastic and I’d like to thank Miss H. for pushing for us to go to the show during our stay in L.A. For those that don’t know, Todrick Hall is a YouTube entertainer, choreographer, and the fact that he has a great voice doesn’t hurt either. Doing a little research, I discovered he also auditioned for American Idol ! Hall is famous for his video parody’s such as Twerkin in the Rain, McDonalds Drive Thru Song, and the video that made me love him, Beyonce End Of Time Flash Mob. AND NOW, without further ado, THE GREATEST YOUTUBE SHOW ON EARTH REVIEW!

It Gets Better

Absolutely, one of the stand out performances of the entire show. The background behind this song sends a great message in regards to suicide and it’s positivity really shows in Todrick’s voice. For all those, who have been through abuse or stressful situations, this song should be listened too. This is really a touching song and Todrick is amazing for writing this beautiful piece. It’s amazing how just a few simple words can take your mind off of life.

Twerking in the Rain

What I loved the most about the whole show was his interaction with the audience. Whether it be pulling people on stage to dance or giving shout-outs to people for birthdays, you can tell he has love for his fans as well as stage presence. This was just a fun performance and he and his back-up dancers were great! Todrick really has fun with this and it’s pure entertainment, love that he doesn’t take himself too seriously. Every time it rains, I’ll think of this lol

End of Time

YAAAASSS! I had a feeling he would close the show with this and it made me so happy. I actually had no idea that Beyonce herself acknowledged the flash mob video he did to this and you know that’s major when the Queen B herself shows recognition to you. Seeing him perform this live made me want to jump on stage and join him (I’m actually surprised this didn’t happen haha). You can’t help but not stand up and dance when you see him perform. It was a great way to end the night and I only wish the best for him in future.

Below is the actual flash mob video he did at Target in 2011. LOOK AT IT!!
